Christopher Pillitz

Christopher grew up in Argentina, and after studying hotel management in London, began a self-taught career in photography.

He has travelled extensively (over 70 countries to date) for a wide range of commercial and editorial clients, one of which is Germany’s GEO Magazine, for whom he completed a four month long ‘road trip’ through South America, resulting in a published book. Another of his books includes ‘Brazil Incarnate’ which was a five-year study of Brazilian sexuality and body culture. Most recently he completed three major travel books for the publisher Dorling Kindersley, on China, India and The Vatican.

Christopher’s editorial background, combined with his commercial experience makes him perfect for either setting up shots or genuinely capturing the moment. Christopher’s commercial work has included campaigns for clients including Shell, HSBC, Glenlivet, Bulmers, Café Direct, Philip Morris and Polaroid.
